To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns must be sent with tracked shipping.

We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping.

Refunds

Once the item is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging.

All pieces are handmade and one of a kind.

Variations and irregularities are part of the work and not considered defects.

Items must be carefully packed for return.

If damaged during return shipping, a refund may be denied.
